Welcome to Social Style + Simply Southern. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made in-store or online.
By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit harmful code, viruses, or disruptive technology
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Inventory is limited and may sell out quickly
- We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify prices at any time without notice
- Correct pricing errors
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Cash (in-store)
- Approved digital payment options
5. Shipping Policy
(For Online Orders)
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Some larger items such as furniture or paintings are pickup only
- Shipping times may vary depending on location
- Social Style is not responsible for carrier delays once shipped
You will receive tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Social Style Policies
- Our return policy is store credit or exchange
- Store credit does not expire - we will email you a gift card credit to use on future purchases
- All discounted items are final sale
- When returning an item please email us at socialstylems@gmail.com with tracking number and can be sent to 507 E Adams Ave, Greenwood, MS 38930.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke free condition. Please package item securely to avoid damage in transit.
- If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
- To return an item locally, please notify Jamie or Eleanor and return to original pick-up location within 24 hours
- Gift Cards are available and will be sent by email

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.
7. In-Store Pickup
- Orders must be picked up at 319 Howard Street within 7 days
- Valid ID or order confirmation is required
8. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions:
- Cannot be combined unless stated
- Are valid for a limited time only
- May exclude certain items
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Photos
- Graphics
are the property of Social Style + Simply Southern and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damages resulting from use of our products
- Delays, interruptions, or errors in service
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
